With decades of experience and a proven track record of coaching high-performing individuals and teams globally, Kate blends cutting-edge psychological insights with a hands-on approach to leadership development.
As an accredited and qualified executive coach, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge from her academic background, holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Science. Her deep expertise, combined with extensive experience working with global leaders, ensures that her coaching methods are both evidence-based and highly effective.
Kate specialises in working with C-suite executives and senior leaders, understanding the unique pressures they face in today’s fast-paced business environment. She works with her clients to unlock their full potential by focusing on personal growth, resilience, and sustainable high performance. Gabriella joins us from a hospitality background. She studied international business at Hallam University and is well travelled and a very savvy, practical and hands-on member of the team. Ellie Hartland
Ellie is the organiser of us all. She has a finger on the pulse and knows what we’re all doing and what everyone needs. She is the first contact person for clients and makes sure that you are put in contact with the right person and follows up to ensure that you have access to everything in a timely manner. Currently on maternity leave, we cannot wait to have her back in the office!

Rowan Grosvenor
As you may have guessed, Rowan is one of Kate’s three daughters. Currently studying at Warwick university for a degree in English Literature with Theatre Studies, she helps with writing blogs, editing written work, and researching for the team as a whole.
